Change & Resolute All Youth (CrayInitiative) is a non-governmental organization (NGO) based in Nigeria that works to expand liberty, empower and develop youth, and increase happiness across Africa. The organization educates Nigerians on their civic rights and responsibilities, and simplifies electoral law and processes. In 2018, CrayInitiative established the Cray Initiative Distinct Merit Awards (CIDMA) to recognize outstanding individual achievement.
