At Oyinlade Farms, we blend tradition with innovation to deliver sustainable agricultural solutions. Founded by Olawale David Oyinlade, our farm specializes in rearing chickens, goats, and rams, alongside cultivating high-yield crops like cassava, corn, cocoa, and palm kernel. Based in Nigeria, we are committed to fostering food security, empowering local farmers, and promoting environmentally friendly practices.

As a passionate educator, media personality, and entrepreneur, I empower individuals through knowledge, creativity, and innovation. Through Oyinlade Virtue Academy, I make learning accessible and fun for adult learners. My mission is to inspire positive change and unlock human potential.
Olawale launched the “Say No to Rape” Campaign under the umbrella of Cray Initiative (Change & Resolute All Youth), a Nigerian non-governmental organization i founded. This impactful initiative took center stage on February 22, 2019, at Ekiti State University, Nigeria, aiming to combat sexual harassment and rape, particularly in private night-time leisure venues. The campaign reflects my deep commitment to human rights, youth empowerment, and societal transformation, aligning with Cray Initiative’s broader mission to expand liberty, democracy, and community happiness across Africa.
The campaign, branded with #SayNoToRape and #CrayInitiative, engaged students and community members, fostering dialogue on sexual violence and promoting a culture of respect. It marked a significant step in Cray Initiative’s advocacy for human rights and youth empowerment.
The Education for All Campaign by Cray Initiative, led by Olawale David Oyinlade (GovCray), is a community-driven initiative designed to enhance educational opportunities, inspire academic excellence, and empower Nigerian youth by addressing gaps in the traditional curriculum. Launched as part of Cray Initiative’s broader mission to promote liberty, human rights, and youth empowerment, the campaign seeks to provide students with access to knowledge beyond their standard schooling, expose them to career opportunities, and foster a culture of impact and leadership. The quiz competition on October 19, 2018, at Iworoko Community High School serves as a flagship event, reflecting the campaign’s goals.
The Cray Initiative Distinct Merit Award (CIDMA) is envisioned as a prestigious recognition program established by Cray Initiative, under the leadership of Olawale David Oyinlade (GovCray), to honor individuals and groups who have made exceptional contributions to the causes of liberty, human rights, youth empowerment, environmental sustainability, and the fight against social injustices such as sexual violence. Reflecting Cray Initiative’s mission to expand the frontiers of positive change across Africa, the CIDMA celebrates outstanding people—activists, educators, community leaders, and survivors—who embody the organization’s values and drive impactful change.
The CIDMA aims to acknowledge those who have demonstrated remarkable courage, innovation, and dedication in addressing systemic issues, particularly in Nigeria and beyond.
The Feeding the Needy Campaign by Cray Initiative, led by Olawale David Oyinlade (GovCray), was launched to provide immediate food relief to vulnerable children and adults in Nigeria, addressing the neglect faced by those immobile or impoverished. The idea stemmed from a compassionate response to the visible suffering of forgotten communities, aiming to restore dignity and unlock their potential with basic support. Its aim is to raise awareness about societal neglect, inspire collective action, and lay the foundation for sustainable aid, aligning with Cray Initiative’s mission to promote human rights and community happiness.
As I reflect on my journey, I realize that my life has been a tapestry of diverse experiences, lessons, and passions. My name is Olawale David Oyinlade, and I'm excited to share my story with you.
Growing up in Nigeria, I faced challenges that shaped my perspective and fueled my determination. Despite the obstacles, I pursued my interests in media, technology, and entrepreneurship, which have become the cornerstone of my career.
